Adding Visualint cameras to Lilin NVR

general adding of the camera is as per any onvif camera into the nvr, 

browser and touchscreen views all work from the initial setup, but if images do not populate when pulling the hdmi output into tv, then you must set the camera connection type in the setup to UDP.
