CasaTunes are aware of an issue with extra purchased streams not pulling through in ELAN. They are working on a fix that will be released with the next update.

This occurs when the music server license gets updated, the setting for Stream 3 & 4 is not properly configured.

Adding the additional streams works fine.  However, when the streams are added, it should auto-configure the added streams with CasaTunes Media Player as the source type, but this does not happen in this case. 

To fix the issue in the interim, switch the music server back into System mode, configure the added streams as CasaTunes Media Players, then switch it back into Streamer mode.

The simplest solution is to switch to System mode prior to updating the music server license.  This is found under MENU > Settings > System Update.  After updating the license, restart CasaTunes, then switch back to Streamer mode.
