DTMF code not being received fully from My2N Mobile Video
If you are experiencing a problem with releasing a switch on the 2N intercom and the gate is therefore not releasing, this could be due to the DTMF code not being fully received at the intercom
to check - open up the UI of the intercom on your browser, and go to the events log, found in the green "Status" section, and look in the log to see what code is being received. If it is missing digits then follow the below instructions.
- confirm you have strong 3G/4G/WiFi signal at the mobile device - if not, improve your connection and test again
- make sure Firmware on intercom is fully up to date (remember to backup config before update - just in case)

- the link also includes the information on how to change the DTMF Mode in the My2N app for Android and Apple - their are only 2 options, change it from the mode you are on now, to the alternative.
The most critical step after changing the DTMF mode in the app, before you test the function - is you MUST hard close the app and then restart it - it is not enough to just close it into the background
If you continue to have problems please open a tech support ticket with us providing the serial of the intercom, the My2N site ID, and the device name in My2N of the mobile device that is having the problem transmitting the code.
