How to calculate bandwidth using Murideo 8K Fox & Hound
The 8K Fox & Hound uses the new FRL standard and shows Char Rate rather than bandwidth which is what the FRL standard says you should do.
Here is how Char Rate relates to bandwidth.
So to calculate the bandwidth take the Char Rate and multiply it by 18.
Bandwidth = Char Rate * 18
The answer is in in Mbps
eg if my char rate is 1484 then the bandwidth is 1484 * 18 = 26712 Mbps = 26.7Gbps
