If you are needing to update firmware on a Nice shading device use the below steps and then follow the instruction in our separate KB article.
You will need to download the attachment and unzip it. Run this on a Windows computer.
With the USB cable connected from your computer to the TTPro, open the software.
Select your COM port from the drop-down menu (you may need to open Device Manager to see which Comm Port it has picked up) and then click "Open Port."
Then click Start, and you should see the TT Pro come to life and the LEDs start blinking.
Then go to the Search FW option, select your Firmware file, and click Download File. It will download your Firmware to the TT Pro.
When it comes up with the finished message, you can then disconnect the USB and take your TT Pro to update the device in question.
(This software does appear to work on a Mac running Parallels even with Apple silicon)
