So when you see the SSID failsafe, this means that there is an issues with the firmware. The IP address of the WAP will be 192.168.20.253. If you static your computer to 192.168.20.xxx you should be able to plug the WAP into your computer and access the web interface. Once you are in the interface you will need to re-flash the firmware. This should get the unit back up and running.
