New scenes not being controlled in Control4 with Engineering Solution DMX controller

Problematic setup is Control4 using the the Engineering Solutions DMX controller (either older SKU-11X models or the new 119-DE4)

The reported issue was "the whole system works fine triggering individual fixtures and around 30 scenes already working via advance lighting scenes. when creating a new scene we can add in the colour levels etc even pull in current colour & levels but once saved it will not trigger or even toggle off. Some rooms work fine others don’t allow any scenes to work at all."

this was identified as being a driver or Control4 issue and on further investigation with the driver developer they found the bug, agreed with our assessment and issued instructions for the fix (below)

"Use the Delete Scene Database action on the RS-232 DMX Engine driver
Open a scene where there is DMX load in it, and select “Sync All Scenes” in the top corner"
