The U20-A211 can have an analogue line connected to the FXO port allowing for SIP devices on the network registered to the PBX to dial out or receive incoming calls from the analogue line

if the line shows connected but calls do not route properly (ie the line doesnt move from idle to in use when a call is placed) and assuming all other esetup has been done, then make the following changes manually
