Temporary fix for OvrC 'This Page Is Not Working'

This is an issue that only recently came up. SnapOne are unsure at this time if this is an OvrC issue or another issue out of our control. Their development team is looking into the issue and they will have better answers on the gravity of the situation for the dealers at a later date.

If you attempt to connect to a device on a network via OvrC and get the following response












 temporary solution to re-establish a connections to the WebUI of the device, in this case it is an Araknis AN210 and 310 switch. If you have cleared browser cookies and cache, then proceed below. 

Click on the icon where the HTTPS lock would normally be and click 'Cookies'


And click 'Remove' at the bottom of the pop-up window, then press 'Done'


Refresh the webpage (F5) and you should be able to see the WebUI and carry on as normal.
